Principal Financial Systems Product Owner

Job description - Collaborate with business teams to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into epics, features, user stories & enablers.
- Collaborate with other product and portfolio owners across Core Tire & Rubber to create a product road map based on this vision.
- Develop user stories. Need experience working with end users and cross functional teams and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritization.
- Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
- Collaborate with the system architects and system engineers for design. Provide inputs and clarifications to acceptance criteria. Follow up with engineering team or other technical teams and remove roadblocks and address dependencies.
- Establish a process to drive continuous improvements & monitoring.
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product demos. Present the plan during the PI planning as well as sprint planning meetings. Identify risks and address them in timely manner.
- Should have knowledge across Finance transactional processes (RtR, PtP, OtC, Costing), financial planning and analysis, Tax, and Treasury solutions.
- Should have Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and preferably some knowledge with OneSource Suite.
MUST HAVE Should have Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, 10 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a master's degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge with Agile (SAFe) way of working Experience in Finance roles with strong technical orientation or IT roles supporting Finance applications, with an ability to bridge the two perspectives. Should have knowledge across Finance transactional processes (RtR, PtP, OtC, Costing), financial planning and analysis, Tax, and Treasury solutions.
