Job Title: Analyst Loan Operations

Location: Irving, TX, NYC, NY & Tampa, FL

Full-Time Permanent role

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Loan processing, working across wholesale banking projects for global banks.

Job duties:

• Thorough understanding of Loan product Lifecyle with exposure across various Loan management systems, documentation, closing, funding, and post closure servicing of transactions.
• Knowledge of key activities across the credit risk value chain, including loan origination/underwriting, risk approvals, credit reviews, limits and exposures, documentation, loan processing, covenant and collateral management, and portfolio monitoring
• Sound understanding of loan products; policies and processes; documentation requirements; risk systems, including loan origination systems; limits and exposure management; legal documentation (ISDA/LFCs/CSAs/credit agreements)
• Work closely with stakeholders around system integration and migration to Loan IQ for customer flow, balance check, limit, EIR etc.
• Conduct risk assessment workshops for banks upgrading to Loan IQ with exposure to Lending data migration from lending systems such as ACBS, T24 to Loan IQ
• Liaisoning with developers on functional aspects of Loan IQ, thus simplifying the design and solution.
• Acquaintance on handling multiple migrations from other systems to Loan IQ; train and guide new user groups in different Loan IQ functionalities, modules, etc.
• Engage in global stakeholder management, escalation management, oversee day-to-day operation, delegate tasks, and monitor defined SLA's.
• Generate and share comprehensive report on metrics and team performance to the higher management
• Familiar with Loan IQ testing as and when there is a new release/request and ensure post migration smooth transition.
• Funding, payments, rollover, nostro reconciliation and calculation of interest and fees per the notice sent by agent bank.
