Role: CRM Analyst

Industry: Packaging and Containers Manufacturing

Location: Austell, GA 30106 or Dalton, GA 30721 OR Atlanta

Duration: Full-time, Permanent, Onsite

Job Responsibility:

Demonstrated experience managing a CRM platform.

Experience in transforming information into actionable insights.

Technical experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI/Tableau

1-4 years of experience in CRM administration (Pipedrive experience a plus).

1-4 years analyzing and converting sales/marketing information into insights.

1-4 years of experience working in a team-based environment.

Familiarity with sales processes, pipeline management, etc.

Experience training sales team members on CRM utilization and optimization.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Must have ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and executives.

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to internal and external customers and suppliers.

(Pipedrive experience a plus)
