Job: Business Analyst

Visa: USC, GC, EAD (W2)

Job Description:

• Candidate must have 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst and has obtained a bachelor's degree.
• The candidate must be proficient in backlog management using JIRA / ADO.
• In this role the candidate will be required to perform wireframing using Balsamiq, Lucidchart or Sketch.
• Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Process Mapping, and Visio
• Proficiency/work experience with SQL.
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master and running scrum meetings.

Plusses:

• Prior Agricultural professional work experience.
• Candidate that is a Certified Scrum Master

Day-to-day:

• Facilitates the definition and development of user stories and project estimates with the product owner and SMEs to meet the business needs.
• Facilitates business process mapping using Visio, Lucid chart, mural or MS whiteboard.
• Experience wireframing using Lucid chart or Balsamiq
• Ensures stories and acceptance criteria are appropriately defined & documented. Experience with JIRA or Azure Dev Ops for backlog management.
• Points product backlog and refines stories every sprint with the team.
• Creates burn-up charts, project estimates, updates timelines and knows how to identify and communicate delays
