The Continuous Improvement Leader is an internal-facing role, partnering with Exotec's Global Operations team in France and the North America Sales & Marketing, Engineering and regional corporate teams (Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure solid communication across all departments, drive process improvements and streamline efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director, North America to develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve processes in the business unit
• Identify and quantify opportunities to improve safety, quality, customer satisfaction and performance
• Develop methods standards and create supporting materials
• Create and update the documentation necessary related to Exotec processes
• Build and drive the implementation and execution of improvement plans

• Support operational teams in the implementation of new processes and provide instructions and documentation
• Measure impact and performance of action plans and adjust them when necessary
• Define, plan and execute change management plans to support implementation and application of new processes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar methodology engineer and continuous improvement role
• Some familiarity with Six Sigma, lean methodology, agile methodology, etc. would be advantageous
• Knowledge of process related standards
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities based on experience, knowledge and analysis
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• Outstanding leadership abilities
