However, additional start dates are available throughout the year, which occur on a monthly basis, and you will be asked to state your availability on your application form Location: This role is available in our Boston office About the Role Costello Medical is growing rapidly, in the US and globally, thanks to demand from new and existing clients. In 2022, our US team grew by 50%, supported by the People team who sit at the heart of our business. We are passionate about delivering an effective and high-quality service to our colleagues and candidates alike and we are looking for somebody who shares this enthusiasm with us. In this role, you will have responsibility for a range of administrative tasks across HR and recruitment to ensure the smooth operation of the People function. Alongside this, you will partner with the Senior Management team and Division Heads in our US office to provide them with efficient and productive support that eases any burden they face in relation to HR and recruitment topics. This will involve building strong relationships with all colleagues and using your expertise to provide advice and guidance when appropriate, supported by our senior People team based in the UK. You will also be involved in projects relating to the People function, as we continue to innovate our practices and keep pace with the growth of the organization. Key responsibilities will include: Maintaining accurate employee records via our PEO provider and HR software Overseeing our HR and recruitment inboxes and answering queries via email, in person and over the phone Producing HR correspondence, including written offer letters and employment contracts Coordinating the new starter, leaver and family leave processes Administering employee benefits, such as our 401k scheme, holiday sell-back, student loan plan and more Supporting with other HR processes, including global relocations, internal promotions, performance reviews, visa applications and more Leading our US recruitment activities which involves posting advertisements, reviewing applications, hosting telephone interviews and scheduling interviews Using your expertise to provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding our talent acquisition strategies and candidate attraction methods Researching, booking and organising career fairs with universities and other professional or student-focussed organisations, as well as attending these events. This will involve liaising with external suppliers and careers teams Providing guidance on HR and recruitment processes and policies to all colleagues, including recommendations on best practice Contributing to ongoing projects within the People function.
