Client: Commercial Insurance Company Position: Project Manager - Commercial Insurance - Infrastructure Location: Remote Duration: Long term PROJECT MANAGER Commercial Insurance (Infrastructure) Onshore/Nearshore - Provide Project Management oversight, direction and tracking for Infrastructure-related projects, preferred experience managing engagements related to:
- Large print centers / Network printers printer replacement
- Office moves
- IT Asset Management
- VDI Upgrades / Implementation of VDI storage
- VPN Migrations (F5 to Citrix Netscalers)
- Extensive experience with PM tools and processes (Jira, Rally, MS project, RAID charts, etc.)
- Tracks project and program status and creates delivery roadmaps working in partnership with executive IT leadership and technical teams to ensure clear communication of the on-going development and implementation of all initiatives
- Lead end to end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project including definition, planning, execution & implementation, governance & control, financial, resource and change management.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT and Business
- Provide board level overview of progress, lead and direct multidisciplinary teams across all global businesses, global functions and regions
- Own the identification and escalation of any budgetary related risks, issues, and opportunities to portfolio/function as appropriate.
- Performs critical team resource management and performance management to ensure project objectives are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Executes on-going monitoring and continuous improvement plans to ensure team is executing with optimal efficiency.
- Ensures all issues and risks are clearly monitored and managed across the entire program.
- Ensures adherence to overall project compliance.
