  • Description:

    HR Transformation team is looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Support Consultant for the Information Systems division (aka OneTech). This will be a 9 month contract to start initially to support a large and on-going hiring effort (July 2023 March 2024, extension TBD). This role is part-time (20 hours per week) with the schedule to be determined jointly between successful candidate and the FMW hiring manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and conduct various recruitment marketing efforts which are aligned to the overall Sourcing Strategy. This role is based out of our Plano, TX headquarters, and may involve some occasional travel to various recruitment events across the country.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Plan, conduct, and track all recruitment marketing efforts related to various outreach elements of OneTech Sourcing Strategy, including virtual/in-person events, internal and external job boards, and networking communities
    • Coordinate all tasks/logistics required for pre and post event support for both in-person and virtual events, including material preparation/shipment and event marketing needs related to OneTech and its participants; may include travel to in-person events for on-site support
    • Assist as needed with marketing related writing assignments such as job description postings, interview guides, and the preparation of written materials to support all outreach elements (eg. in-person and virtual events, job boards, networking communities)
    • Coordinate the placement of paid ads as needed on various high usage recruitment channels (eg. Linked-IN); Help manage paid ad campaign strategy and execution, including targeting and spend; Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results, and determine ROI
    • Coordinate the placement of social media content to support OneTech outreach on employer brand channels; work closely with Talent Acquisition Social Media lead to coordinate OneTech content postings within broader master schedule; may work with external agency to plan/receive content for aforementioned postings
    • Partner and coordinate with other internal stakeholders (eg. HR/Corporate Communications, Marketing, Social Innovation, In-House and External Agencies) as needed to build, share and solicit content that reinforces OneTech as an employer of choice
    • Assist with other FMW Team ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Requirements:

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree or higher (HR, Communications or Marketing focus preferred) OR equivalent relevant work experience
    • Three or more years (3+) of recruitment marketing experience, including pre and post support for major recruitment event participation and preparing the written communications required for such events
    • Solid project management experience handling multiple events/logistics and using planning/tracking tools (eg. Microsoft Project, Excel)
    • Partnership and relationship experience with both in-house and external creative recruitment marketing agencies and staff
    • Knowledge of audience segmentation within recruitment marketing efforts, especially key candidate segments (e.g. campus and junior talent, diverse talent, seasoned/experienced talent, etc.)
    • A deep understanding of digital platforms, tools, technologies, and trends, and a passion for innovation in the recruitment space.

    Added Bonus If You Have

    • Employer branding and recruitment marketing experience with an Information Systems focus
    • Hands-on/SME experience with social media marketing and SEO/SEM ROI management (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.)
    • Hands-on experience with Social Media management/posting tools (eg. Sprinklr, etc.)
    • Video production and editing experience/familiarity
    • Graphic design experience, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
