Title: React Lead

Location: 100% Remote

12+ months contract

• Extensive Technical Understanding & Enterprise E-commerce Experience in E-Commerce Technology Ecosystem
• 7 to 10+ years of Technical & Team Lead in-depth experience across multiple stacks & corporate roles
• Engineering Team Lead between UX/UI, Product, Engineering, QA, Performance, DevOps Release Management, Automation & MonitoringDomain Extensive experience and conceptual proficiency up and down the business enterprise systems, services & vendors (i.e., SAP, Akamai, MuleSoft, AWS, GCP, Adobe, PlayStore, AppStore...)
• Extensive know-how & conceptual understanding of execution & delivery to make project functionality work the first time, work right and work fast.
• Jira ticket: Grooming, Refining, Ready for Development, tracking progress from Sr. Devs to deliver high quality & low defects releases
• Self-directed, driven & internally motivated for collective efficiency & productivity, capacity planning, Timeline Management, & Resource Management
• High-level cross-functional understanding of interactions & dynamics between UX, Product, Engineering, QA, A/B, Performance, DevOps, Release Management. Monitoring, Mitigation
• Full understanding of FrontEnd SDLC & design, processes, tools in a CI/CD environment in Agile SCRUM, Jira, Git Project Tracking Platforms:
