Position Summary:

Our team is currently looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will manage shop inventories, and provide general assistance to the fleet management team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Orders and receives parts
• Manages inventory of parts and shop supplies
• Oversees reporting for the productivity of technicians and fleet
• Files DVIRs
• Organizes and maintains parts room
• Communicates with vendors
• Responsible for data entry, and other administrative tasks
• Provides overall support for fleet manager and assistant fleet manager
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements

Education:

• High School Diploma

Experience and Competencies:

• 2 years of experience in fleet environment
• Strong background with inventory management
• Experience with applicable Microsoft platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor
