Technical Call Center Support - Part-Time, Fully Remote, Night Shift (20 hrs/week) Any 4 hours from 10pm-4am ET

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a part-time, fully remote position as a Technical Call Center Support Specialist. Description:

This will be a part-time position only reflecting 20 hours a week. This position will be a night shift position shift hours from 12am local to 4 am local time.

A change management specialist provides notification of network maintenance activities and responds effectively to customer inquiries regarding scheduled maintenance under close supervision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responds effectively to customer inquiries via email and phone. Ensures customer inquiry is documented and communicated to the appropriate support group. Provides meaningful customer updates as appropriate.
  • Review scheduled maintenance activities that have a direct impact to the connectivity infrastructure that provides products and services to customers for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Responsible for notification of network maintenance activities.
  • Processes notifications to external and internal customers with attention to detail for special circumstances. Ensures notifications contain meaningful, customer-friendly, non-proprietary information.
  • Interprets basic telecom information and understand steps required to produce a customer impact list.

Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED or relevant job experience.
  • Work experience in an administrative capacity, customer service, office procedures, file maintenance, and related knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn thoroughness, attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up.
