Business Data Analyst Sales Operation (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a large, global B2B Software company. This role will be developing analytics and operational capabilities in support of our global sales organization.

This is a 6-month project (contract to hire possible), 40 hours per week. Remote in US. This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating directly with the business on strategic, organizational, and operational projects aimed at increasing revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Serving as the main point of contact for all sales analytics inquiries, utilizing tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and others.
• Assisting with various business and sales operations initiatives, including annual sales planning, quota setting, compensation planning and payout, performance reporting, and more.
• Conducting analysis and preparing materials for business review meetings, such as Quarterly/Monthly Business Reviews and leadership gatherings.
• Supporting the design, implementation, and testing of sales planning and reporting tools.
• Undertaking other ad hoc responsibilities to support the organization.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working for an Enterprise SaaS company in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or related functions.
• Proficiency in analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, and others.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in strategy consulting is highly desirable.
• Comfort with quantitative analysis and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
• A solid understanding of business operations, along with effective communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels and functions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Compensation: $47/hr - $52.32/hr
