Background Developer with strong technical expertise with primary skills in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, SOAP, SQL, mySQL to build User Interface, APIs in AWS/Cloud Tech cloud environment, Widget creation, Embedded Components as well as providing research and the execution of POCs when needed.
Primary Skills :
3+ years of development experience building Web Portals and APIs in Ruby on Rails, SQL, AWS or Azure
4+ years of progressive experience in distributed IT system design and development responsibilities

Cloud implementation (preferably AWS)
Key Responsibilities:
2 plus years of experience in understanding technical design, architecture to meet business goals
Experience in Implementations of Healthcare Solutions
Knowledge of all components of application design in a high-volume, high-availability environment
Strong understanding of object-oriented design and analysis
Working knowledge of relevant technologies for transaction management, data management, system integration, and system user interfacing
Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
