Penn Psychiatric Center is looking for BC (Behavior Consultant) and BHT (Behavioral Health Technician) candidates to work in our IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) program.
PPC services both Chester and Montgomery counties.
**Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Functional Behavioral Assessments a plus, ABA and BCBA cases available.
The BC identifies behavioral goals and intervention techniques and recommends behavioral change methods. BC collaborates with the family and other members of the treatment team. The BC designs and directs the implementation of the treatment plan and ensures that it is individualized to each child/adolescent.
Licensed BC: $35
Unlicensed BC: $32
A BHT is responsible for implementing treatment plan and behavioral interventions to children/adolescents in the home, school and/or community settings. A BHT will use the behavioral treatment plan to help the child/adolescent to improve their behavioral health through targeted strategies and behavioral techniques that address the child/adolescent's specific needs and goals. A BHT provides 1:1 support and interventions when required including behavior modification techniques and proactive strategies to stabilize the child/adolescent as outlined in the treatment plan.
BHT:
24 billable hrs and under $20 per hr
25 billable hours and over $21 per hr
Requirements
Behavior Consultant Requirements:
Master's Degree in Mental Health discipline including Psychology, Social Work, Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy.
BSL, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, BCBA license preferred.
TSS Requirements:
Master's Degree in a Human Service field, such as Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Criminal Justice or a similar human service field OR a Bachelor's Degree in any field PLUS one year of paid related work experience with children OR 60 college credits/Associate's degree PLUS three years paid related work experience with children.
