The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Creative Manager to lead our creative team and drive the strategic development and execution of our brand's creative initiatives.

The primary responsibilities of this role include driving the creation of Mechanic Advisors multimedia and branded assets, including digital, print, video, and audio, as well as templates for organisational use. This individual also serves as a defender of the Mechanic Advisor visual brand and style.

The role will include planning, creating, and implementing marketing content to promote our various B2B CRM products. You will plan and develop the strategy for building content that our customers and potential customers can consume, and will lead the efforts to ensure a range of projects are managed as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a creative team, providing clear direction, feedback, and guidance to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Utilize your strong creative expertise across multiple disciplines, including graphic design, copywriting, video production, and branding, to conceptualise and deliver compelling creative concepts.
  • Stay updated with the latest creative technologies, software, and tools, ensuring proficiency and exploring opportunities to enhance creative capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the creative team, encouraging growth, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Effectively communicate and present creative concepts, ideas, and feedback to both the creative team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of objectives.
  • Drive the end-to-end project management of creative campaigns, effectively managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of creative initiatives and alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize creative performance based on data analysis and metrics related to campaign effectiveness, customer insights, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, copywriting, video production, and/or branding.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial capacity, with the ability to inspire and lead a creative team.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align creative initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, concepts, and feedback to both the creative team and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design software, project management platforms, and other creative technology tools.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize creative strategies.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving creative environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
