We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team as a Process and Filling Setup Operator. In this role, you will be expected to facilitate operations and reduce downtime by selecting, cleaning, maintaining, repairing, and making ready-for-use pressure pots and dispensing equipment, down-packing materials and managing repairs parts inventories, assembling filtration systems, and organizing and executing preventative maintenance schedules.

You will:

• Set up dispensing equipment to optimize productivity by inspecting, maintaining, and cleaning, replacing valves and airlines, and making minor, regular adjustments to dispensing and filling equipment, and setting up light machinery.
• Ensure equipment is in full functional working order by thoroughly cleaning down light machinery post-use, adjusting parts, examining and replacing components as required, and lubricating moving components to ensure functional efficiencies.
• Provide functional training support by training operators in procedures, equipment constraints and best usage practices, materials handling, safety awareness, and process handling.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs by following maintenance schedules, work instructions and SOPs, and recording all maintenance and repair services performed.
• Manage dependable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) records by performing transactional integrity through accurate input entries of materials and parts used in set-ups and maintenance, and by executing key electronic transfers and search functions.
• Implement most effective material filtration processes by liaising with Engineering, R&D and Quality Departments to set up filter lines and quality controls that ensure material and light machinery integrity
• Maintain a secure, healthy, clean, ergonomically sensitive, and productive workplace by establishing and practicing safe handling procedures, using PPE, following SDS, EH&S, and HazMat requirements, and by ensuring proper storage and usage of materials and equipment.

Requirements

You should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with computer programs Inventory Management software, and Microsoft Office
• 1+ years work experience in material processing
• 1+ years work experience in Process and Filling department
• Technical equipment diagnostic background required.
• Good math and organization skills required.
• Ability to lift and carry weights up to 35lb.
• After initial training, must be able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organization, good communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to exercise good judgment.

Hourly Wage- $21-$25/hour

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Dymax salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of Dymaxs total compensation packages for employees.
