Field Marketing Event Manager East Coast (Remote)

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager for a high growth/large B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for developing and executing highly effective field marketing in person (majority of the role) and online events that deliver results to support sales goals. This position will work closely with the Northeast regional sales team as well as corporate teams to help them achieve pipeline and booking targets. Some travel to events in the New York and Boston area will be required. Travel will be around 15% to the Northeast region for this position.

This is a 6-month (maternity leave backfill) contract role; 40 hours/week. Must be located on the East coast and have experience working with Sales team in the New York/Boston area.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage (end to end) field marketing events for the assigned sales team in collaboration with the marketing team, sales directors, and regional sales managers.

  • Plan and execute events with channel partners resellers, distributors, and technology partners

  • Participate in regular marketing and sales reviews present impact of marketing efforts on sales pipeline, including leads and new or progressed opportunities, identify gaps in strategy, and revise marketing strategies to fill gaps

  • Manage field marketing budgets to plan and align program investment with business goals

  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance (leads and pipeline) against forecasts and past performance. Apply learnings to increase the success of future marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of field marketing experience in midsized and large B2B High Tech companies.

  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with channel partners on the execution of events and other marketing programs

  • Strong attention to detail targeting high-profile, enterprise segment accounts.

  • Experience working with sales teams to manage MQLs, sales pipelines

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment under tight timelines; acts daily with a sense of urgency.

  • Experience with Salesforce (creating and running reports)

  • Travel to events in New York/Boston
