Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst

Mandatory Skills: Healthacre BA, RCM, EMR,Clinical Workflow,Clinical EMR

Location: Remote

Job Description:

• Identify use cases eligible for automation
• Pitch and convince business for automation opportunity where necessary.
• Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the project Experience and knowledge of various clinical EMR Workflows including Ambulatory workflows.
• Certifications in this area will be a plus.
• Knowledge/experience of Provider Workflows including RCM, Provider scheduling, Provider Credentialing, EHR (e.g. EPIC)
• Knowledge/experience of RPA development, tools and methodology
• Identify automation blockers and automation enablers and articulating them to the client
• Participate in requirement elicitation process with business users
• Analyze requirements and produce BRD for each elicited requirement and get sign off from business users
• Create mapping documents and workflow diagrams
• Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through the process definition
• Assist the technical teams in design-related activities
• Provide functional knowledge to the development team to ensure requirements are accurately understood
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development.
• Support testing and validation activities through the generation of test scenarios, cases, acceptance criteria, end-user acceptance testing support with business users, etc.
• Collaborate with the project manager, business & IT owners, analysts, users, developers, and testers on project deliverables
• Participate in weekly status reviews with the client
• Adherence to "no-surprise" policy in all assigned tasks Experience with SDLC methodologies, best practices standards for creating User Stories, Business Requirements Documents, and Change Requests
