IT Architect

6+ Months

Remote (Candidates CAN'T be located in AZ, ME, MT, IL, CA, NV, NJ, NY, PA, RI, Wash DC)

This person is going to work with Preference 360 and Business team. Needs to understand current architecture, how to integrate with other systems , enhancements need to made in existing system. Will work with different IT teams for integration, coming with right solution. Must have knowledge of system architecture , database design, integration with different systems, etc. Looking for someone who has knowledge of API integration as well.

IT Architect are responsible for development, programming, coding of the most complex and business critical Information Technology solutions. Provides leadership and consultative guidance on projects with extensive size, scope and risk. Serves the company as an adviser on best practices and as an information technology strategy driver by implementing principles, models, designs, standards and guidelines. IT Architect are responsible for documenting detailed system specifications, participation in unit testing and maintenance of planned and unplanned internally developed applications, evaluation and performance testing of purchased products. IT Architect are responsible for including IT Controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application. IT Architect lead efforts, oversee work results, providing formal training and serve as a technical resource for other Developers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Related Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or relevant work experience
• 3-5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
• IT development/programming/coding and architecture
• Must have development experience on front end modules using typescript, React Hooks, virtual DOMs, as well as on Mern Stack and OpenShift
• Experience on front end modules using typescript, React Hooks and virtual DOMs.
• Experience with API integrations using Node JS
• Must have experience with Data and Data base performance
• Must have development experience using SQL and PostgreSQL environment
• Experience developing web-based user interface for business applications
• Integration experience using web services - SOAP and/or REST.
