Job Description:

The Assistant Digital Marketing Technology Specialist will support the Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing Technology in tasks related to marketing technology, CRM systems, email deployments, and social media adverse event monitoring. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Adverse Event Monitoring (AE Monitoring)
• Perform day-to-day monitoring and process adverse event cases on social media listening platforms and ensure active and functional systems.
• Coordinate with medical device complaint handling teams to address and report adverse events.
• Digital Marketing Campaign Support
• Assist with data and reporting pulls.
• Sync digital creative assets (emails, graphics) and create forms in marketing automation tool, Marketo.
• Support email deployment and monitoring of nurture streams.
• Maintain organization of assets, folder structure, and data hygiene.
• Marketing Technology (MarTech) & Digital Operations Support
• Contribute to the development of useful documentation of MarTech systems and its use cases.
• Assist in report building for email and lead generation performance.

• Provide administrative support for MarTech licenses and billing.

Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing technology platforms and social media management tools, i.e. Marketo, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Manager.
• Experience with building reports from marketing software and databases.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
