We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst for our client project team based in Paoli, PA.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated recent college grad (or with a year or two out) to serve as a full-time apprentice to a consulting partner in a small-mid size firm who is also a Platinum level SAP management consultant. The candidate must perform a wide variety of duties based on the partners need, both client facing and supporting business development. Depending on the nature of the client engagements, the duties could involve any facet of IT implementations and business re-engineering, and will likely involve some travel to client sites.
There will be a strong emphasis in this role on using IT systems (ERP/SAP) to drive supply chain management, and manufacturing processes to support primarily Fortune 500 businesses. Heavy experience is not needed or desired, but strong technical aptitude, interpersonal/communication, problem solving skills, and high motivation are mandatory. You will be supporting any and all client and business activities required by the partner based on what is needed at the time.
The level of experience that the candidate will gain, as well as the pace of the skill-building are both high relative to a standard career path, so only the strongest candidates will be considered, with a history of overachievement. This is a rare direct path, using primarily on the job training, to quickly becoming an experienced management consultant
