THE ROLE

In this role as Configuration Analyst Data Feed (CA) you will be the recognized product specialist from a technical and data perspective. You will help to configure our data feed products (Adhocs and Historical Feed) for our clients and execute tasks related to our project plans.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Configure client and ad-hoc clients according to business requirements, assessing feasibility and collaborating with Project Team to refine requirements as needed
• Proficient in understating requirements and objectives by a thorough understanding of business systems and requirements
• Detailed understanding of our data and the ability to assist the project lead with data questions
• Approach QA with tenacity, executing thorough QA processes and ensuring client expectations are met. Working directly with Data Intelligence Analyst to help support their need for support
• Continuously update/maintain configuration documentation and offer areas of improvement
• Effectively manage multiple high-level configurations at the same time and adjust SLAs as needed to assist with delivery
• Collaborate with project team and other MMIT teams to ensure configurations are completed within schedule and correctly
• Excels in environments of ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or relevant experience required
• 1-3 yrs. of professional experience
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Fundamental understanding of Pharma and Market access space
• Solid knowledge of design and visual principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent relationship building skills and working collaboratively with internal teams
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office is preferred

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $44,000 to $53,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
