You will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategies to promote PicassoMDs products across the healthcare community to drive customer acquisition and retention. This role requires the blending of creativity, strategy, and execution to maximize awareness and utilization.

Specifically youll:

• Develop, plan, and own product feature launches in collaboration with product management, engineering, and customer success
• Translate our product features into easily understood benefits that can be communicated to and consumed by our users and partners
• Develop and ensure consistency of our product voice across various communication channels
• Create user-facing product marketing collateral including print materials, email campaigns, support documentation, and tutorial videos
• Support our business development efforts with slide decks, one-pagers, and case studies that highlight our product features and value
• Work with our business development team to develop and execute our PR, event, and sponsorship strategy

Requirements

Were seeking the perfect combination of talent, experience, and cultural fit. Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years of product marketing or product management experience in an early stage software company
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video production software
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling messaging
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver results
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

While not required, we prefer candidates that:

• Have experience working in or an affinity to the healthcare industry
• Are based in or near Washington, DC (though we are open to remote work anywhere in the U.S.)

Benefits

Salary range for this role is $70-90k
