POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives (SP&I) International will Reporting to VP International, to assist in driving Nobles International growth, long-term profitability, and value as a business.

This role will provide expertise in the execution of Nobles International growth strategy, contribute to the identification and review of strategic partners in the industry and in the development of opportunities aligned with the international defense and aviation market. The role will also be responsible for executing the partnering strategy across the sector to develop and drive Noble Internationals strategic position.

The position will succeed through a clear vision for the future of the business, coupled with demonstrable practical examples of meeting and exceeding sales targets within the international aerospace and defense sector.

The successful candidate will grow partnerships that span the industry to enable the strategic vision and accelerate both the international business unit and the wider company into the future.

  • Develops and supports the execution of Noble Internationals OEM partnership strategy, enabling accelerated growth using use of strategic partnerships.
  • Execute a market of related exclusive partnerships with key OEMs for country, regional or global joint development of the companys products and technology based on a detailed understanding of industry, customer, and competitor trends, demands, developments, and predictions.
  • Present compelling market value propositions for the company that differentiate Noble international relative to our competition.
  • Support the competitive intelligence strategy; work with marketing, sales, product, partners, industry analysts, and all key stakeholders to understand Noble internationals place in the market and our competitive edge.
  • Support strategic and actionable competitive intelligence insights aligned with Noble Internationals strategic goals and objectives.
  • Deliver findings in compelling, relevant and timely presentations that enable stakeholders to leverage insights in ways that measurably improve business and revenue results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Requires a bachelors degree (BS/BA) from an accredited four-year college or university; and eight to ten years of business-related progressive experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of training and relevant business experience.

Requires a strong knowledge of ITAR, DFARs FARs, OFEC and other export restrictions,

Requires(link removed) Extensive experience with EU/NATO bidding process, experience with setting up of distribution/agent networks globally.

  • Prior experience at one or more Aerospace of Defense companies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic partnerships and business development, ideally in Aerospace and Defense
  • Has a well-developed network of relationships in the aerospace and defense sector.
  • Experience supporting US contracting and proposal capture activities.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building across all levels, internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a competitive, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated comfort and willingness to move from strategic to tactical as needed, rolling up sleeves and getting hands dirty to achieve business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills (including financial modeling) and affinity for process rigor.
  • Excellent execution skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
