Pay of $1,000 a week (before taxes) with a potential to earn extra when working down days and bonus'!
Route Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising the Route Drivers and daily service routes
- Provide and facilitate training to all new Route Drivers
- Maintain customer accounts and solicit new customers
- Support and assist Market Managers in meeting sales goals
- Guide the efforts of the Route Sales Team by riding routes (if needed), checking route books and orders for accuracy
- Oversee daily settlement of routes in division
- Handle incoming customer calls either by telephone or in person
- Coach, lead and develop Route Drivers.
- Have a highly developed sense of urgency
- Demonstrate results in improving business performance through leadership
- Must be able to fill in if Route Driver or Loader/Shipper is on vacation
Requirements

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle report)
- Must be able to pass a background check & DOT Physical
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Supervisor experience and/or Restaurant Management experience (Preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong leadership qualities
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be FLEXIBLE with schedule
