Sales Director - Medical/Digital/MFG/Automotive Remote (Michigan) Fulltime Scope: The Sales-Director would be responsible for driving Sales and Business Development activities in select Medical/Industrial/Commercial Vehicles/ Heavy Equipment manufacturing -OEM / Tier-1 supplier. This would primarily hunting & farming role and prior relationships in the Auto-OEM would be preferred. Education and experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10-12 Y experience in acquiring new clients from Medical/Industrial/Commercial Vehicles/ Heavy Equipment manufacturing companies.
- Strong Sales background. Proven track record 10+ years of managing and driving in engineering and Medical/Industrial/Commercial Vehicles/ Heavy Equipment manufacturing companies.(link removed)>
- Experience in IT services business focusing on PLM, IoT, Industry4.0, Manufacturing applications (MES).
- Forward looking technology perspective across Cloud, AL, IoT, Industry 4.0 etc critical to enabling success (link removed)>
- Ability to contribute strategically as member in growing the business.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global environment across the various functions Delivery , Practice, Marketing etc.
- Managing senior level client relationships
- Team Player and should have effective track record of winning customer relationships, build qualified pipeline with high conversion rate.
- Should have closed New Business deals from USD 1 Mn to USD 5 Mn each in last 2-3 years
- Ability to manage the Sales Process cycle from Prospecting till Deal Closure.
Problem Solving - Plan, build, & implement pursuit strategy to achieve sales targets for the individual Target Accounts.
- Work Collaboratively with Delivery and Practice teams to develop and implement strategy to meet growth targets.
- Identify areas to cross sell/up sell TTL offerings within the target accounts to maximize revenue growth.
- Leverage technical internal expertise for defining value-proposition and lead commercial negotiations for Deal and Contract closures.
- Actively participate in Customer Steering Committees, Handle escalations, conduct Internal Reviews to ensure profitable growth in all accounts.
