We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. - Create and manage consistent newsletters, providing valuable content to subscribers and growing the subscriber base.
- Track leads and utilize spreadsheets or a CRM tool to maintain accurate records and facilitate follow-up activities.
- Create and manage Pinterest boards, optimizing content for increased visibility and engagement.
- Repurpose content into engaging blog posts with SEO optimization to attract organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Transform old podcasts into written blog posts, maximizing the reach and accessibility of the content.
- Conduct outreach to potential podcasts, seeking opportunities for Lisha to be a guest and expanding the brand's reach.
- Call warm leads, fostering relationships and nurturing potential customers (preferred skill).
- Assist with various projects as needed, providing support and contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Utilize platforms such as Google Office Suite, Pinterest, Evergreen, Webflow, Instagram, and Canva.
- Previous experience in SEO and writing is a must.
- Strong tech-savviness and social media experience are essential.
- Interest and passion for healthy living and eating are a plus.
- Display excellent multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Take a proactive approach to work, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrate intuitive organization skills to maintain order and efficiency in daily activities.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and external stakeholders.
Requirements - Proven experience in SEO and content writing is a must.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in various platforms, including Google Office Suite, Pinterest, Evergreen, Webflow, Instagram, and Canva.
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge in healthy living and eating (preferred).
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Intuitively organized with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability for approximately 5 hours per week, with flexibility to increase during peak periods.
- Located in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone.
