Our client knows that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. Thats why were seeking a qualified Entry Level Graduate Trainee to join our exceptional sales and marketing team.
As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal Graduate Trainee must have a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The candidate should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Graduate Trainee Responsibilities:
- Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
- Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations
- Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day sales operations.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observing and learning from experienced team members.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship..
