Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is adding an After-Hours On Call Coordinator to our St. Louis, Mo Team!

Job Duties:
- 5pm-8am Monday through Friday and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday.
- Represent Phoenix Home Care and the After-hours On Call department in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Develop and maintains relationships with clients by providing high quality customer service.
- Responsible for all communication with clients and staff after normal office hours on weekdays, weekends, or observed holidays.
- Respond to all after hours worker injury calls and refers employee to appropriate medical facility for treatment.
- Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions
- Oversee all field staff and re-staff as necessary when the main office is closed
- Be available to take calls as directed by the Manager
Requirements
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Prior scheduling experience preferred
- medical and intake experience preferred
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Multi-tasker a must
- Great phone etiquette
- Must be organized
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education/Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Will train the right candidate!
