Sr. Director Commercial Strategy & Enablement

The Snr. Director of Commercial Strategy and Enablement will support the commercial team by translating our overarching messages and data into market, segment and client specific insights and materials to support the teams goals. This role will work closely with marketing and analytics to understand our key messages and data while customizing for the audience and the specific goals of the sales, partnership and account management teams. Success in this role will result in higher win rates for the sales team, higher win rates for our upsells as well as happier clients as we better communicate the value were delivering. The Snr. Director of Commercial Strategy and Enablement will have two direct reports, one focused on new business (sales, consultant relations) and one focused on existing business (account and channel management).

Location: Remote or Dallas, TX


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Establish a series of playbooks / materials to cover each stage of the sales and account management process.
  • Working closely with sales and account management to create custom materials for our largest, most strategic prospects and client discussions.
  • Creating market and segment specific insights and case studies to demonstrate the impact were delivering for our clients
  • Developing the processes, systems and materials required to onboard, train and continuously upskill the team
  • Owning the management and response to all RFPs including:
    • Creating the systems and process to ensure efficient, timely and customized responses to each RFP
    • Refining, improving and adding to the existing databases of standard content, exhibits and responses used to answer RFPs

Requirements

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 7+ years experience working in professional services such as: strategy, management consulting, investment banking, law or similar environment
  • Experience working in marketing or sales
  • Startup / High Growth business: 2+ years working in a high-growth environment where you had to build processes and systems
