Position: Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities: As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and maintain Hotel's position as a market leader. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to attract a diverse clientele, including corporate clients, group bookings, and individual travelers.
- Marketing Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility and promote the hotel's unique offerings.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Partnerships: Forge and nurture partnerships with local businesses, event organizers, and travel agencies to generate new business opportunities.
- Public Relations: Oversee media relations and PR activities to maintain a positive brand image and handle crisis communications when necessary.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and analytics to the executive team, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry with a focus on luxury hotels.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
- Familiarity with revenue management tools and practices.
