The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for partnering with the project management team to support the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
- System Issues/Data Issues Tracking and Follow up through resolution
- Meeting Agendas and Coordination
- Managing the project tracker along with stakeholder relationships
- Create/Develop an attendance tracking tool within SharePoint
- Manage project backlog process - monitor and manage deadlines and progress against SLAs
- Enrollment and BI Tracking
- Ad-Hoc project work as needed
- Coordinate a weekly team touch base on all outstanding items for review and resolution
- UAT Testing outcomes
- Tableau reporting
