Job Title: Lab Analytical Assistant (Mid)-Quality Production-QUAL-CS

Location: Kansas City MO 64120

Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Contract

Work Type: Onsite

Description:

Set up and carry out lab experiments under the supervision of Chemist as instructed.
Pay close attention to the experiments and record the observations and data in a neat and timely manner.
As needed, analyze reaction mixtures on analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC etc.
Learn how to troubleshoot and maintain these instruments.
Learn to use LIMS and Empower.
Follow good housekeeping rules and keep the lab clean and organized.
Observe all safety procedures and participate actively in safety meetings and related activities.
Undergo all required trainings on time.
Order chemicals and lab supplies as needed.
Follow instructions on developed methods (prep and analysis solution)
General labor in a chemical environment.
Required to wear supplied PPE. (Personal Protective Equipment)
Maintains appropriate records to meet internal requirements (Lab Notebook or folder for record keeping.)

Requirements:

High School diploma.

Good oral and written communication skills.
