- Weekly M&IE Per Diem: $448
- Weekly Lodging Per Diem: $707
- Weekly Nontaxable Per Diem: $1,155

- Licensure: Active New York License
- Certification: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience: 2+ years
