• This job assignment focuses on providing specialized support for networking product lab.
• Receive new systems, record required information in tracking system, prepping the platform for delivery, physical process of moving systems from pallets to team storage room, preparing
• conducing lab platform upgrades Board upgrade, processor upgrade, etc, and providing field platform failure analysis/debug and implementation of appropriate fix.
• Moderate knowledge of test equipment set-up. (Oscilloscopes, Lab Power Supplies, etc.). Demonstrated PC troubleshooting/debug skills with an emphasis on repair.
