Job Title: Incident Manager
Job Location: San Antonio, TX- Onsite
Job Type: Contract long-term (C2C/W2)
Responsibilities:
- Serves as an ITIL Major Incident Management team member.
- Participates with cross-functional teams that contribute to the definition of the processes, standards, and methodologies, as well as their adoption and governance.
- Monitors and reports on adherence to defined ITSM processes.
- Responsible for the identification of integration points with other processes.
- Serves as a Major Incident Coordinator/ Participates in the Major Incident Management process when required.
- Examines root cause analysis reports to find trends supporting Problem Management.
