Fidelman & Company is a leading management consulting firm in need of an Executive Assistant with Marketing and Social Media Focus. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support and help us maintain our brand image across various platforms. You will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. A background in marketing and social media is highly desirable.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, addressing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing updates.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating content and tracking engagement to drive company visibility and engagement.
  • Assist the CEO in managing client relationships and respective deliverables from consultants
  • Handle client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients
  • Create compelling client proposals, showcasing our services and value proposition
  • Organize and maintain client files and documentation for easy access and retrieval
  • Coordinate internal and client communications, including scheduling meetings and managing email correspondence
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries or comments
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and social media best practices to ensure effective content creation and engagement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a marketing or consulting firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and measure engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
