Position: Carpenter Supervisor (TEER 72013)

Salary: $37.00 per hour, overtime after 40 hours per week, $55.50 per hour

Employment Requirements:

(a) Basic English required (CLB Level 4)
(b) Completion of secondary school required
(c) Minimum three years of work experience in the construction industry

Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in different trades in residential and commercial properties
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare production, work progress reports and other reports.

• Job locations will be at various locations, construction sites
