Chemical Research Solutions is looking for a Production Chemist / Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team in the chemicals industry. As a Production Chemist / Biologist, you will work on developing, producing, and testing chemical products in our lab. Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and report results
• Develop and optimize chemical production processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, scientists, and technicians
• Manage lab inventory and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during production
• Maintain records of all experiments and procedures performed
• Participate in the design and development of new products

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Experience in a chemical production environment preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory analysis software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
