This is an on-site (non-remote) role in Aventura, FL and does require candidates to be authorized to work in the US for any employer. We do not sponsor employment visas for this position.

Responsible for all phases of the passenger pre & post guest experience as well as the logistical components pertaining to ships turnaround operations. In addition, the role provides comprehensive knowledge to internal customers associated to all requests for hotel accommodations and transport services as well as for crew travel.


Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Specializes in shoreside operational aspects and crucial components of the airport, hotel, and pier passenger journey
  • Maintains knowledge of industrys best practices for turnaround operations, identifies competitive opportunities, and acts as a knowledgeable source for the global sales teams
  • Supports the pre-planning, sourcing, negotiating, and contracting stages of hotels and ground services, as well as the maintenance of the product & inventory in reservation system
  • Assists in scouting, sourcing, and maintaining tour operator & DMC relationships while providing guidance on companys overall mission and quality benchmarks
  • Performs activities associated to hotel & ground service products such as fulfilling special requests, daily tasks, projects, and emergencies
  • Enforces and trains external partners on comprehensive operational and contingency plans for turnaround ports

Skills and Abilities

  • Deep knowledge of geography
  • Results-driven & strategic thinker
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Familiarity with shoreside programs (i.e. hotels, ground services)
  • In-depth logistical knowledge and mindset
  • Develops effective, long-lasting, working relationships

Education and Experience

  • BS/BA or equivalent professional experience in travel industry
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Cruise, hotel, or travel agency experience is a plus
  • Multilingual preferred

Special Requirements

  • Evening and weekend hours may be required
  • Approximate 25% domestic/international travel may be required
