Fidelman & Company is seeking an analytical and personable Investment Relations Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Relations Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting investor outreach and engagement initiatives, reporting on market trends, and managing investor databases. You will collaborate with our experienced Investment Banking team to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities - Conduct research to identify potential investors aligned with client investment goals
- Initiate contact and engage with qualified investors through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
- Utilize direct sales techniques to effectively communicate value propositions
- Coordinate meetings between investors and client stakeholders
- Track interactions, follow-up, and report on outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends and investment strategies
- Identify and develop relationships with new investors to promote our clients investment opportunities via various channels, such as email, phone, and social media.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of investor contacts and stay current with regulatory requirements for investor communication.
- Participate in client meetings, roadshows, and investment conferences to present financial analysis and investment opportunities to potential investors.
- Respond to investor inquiries and create reports that document investor feedback, concerns, and suggestions.
Requirements - 2+ years of experience in investment banking or sales
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information from a variety of sources.
- Experience conducting market research and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
