Overview:

We are currently seeking an individual for an outpatient clinic located in Tomball, TX. We are looking for a strong, friendly, dependable, and responsible individual who can keep the work running smoothly; and wants to grow with us!

Job Duties:

• Patient check-in: Greet patient, verify appointment, collect payment and give paperwork if required
• Take vital signs and room the patient
• Patient check-out: Make follow-up appointment
• Answer phones and make appointment reminder calls
• Electronic Scheduling
• Administrative: Data entry, scanning documents, faxing, filing, shredding, etc.
• Insurance Verification
• Cleaning on assigned rotation basis
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or higher
• Medical office experience is preferable but not required. Will train qualified individual
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Some Spanish is preferred but not required
• Computer literacy is required. Should be able to learn scheduling software, able to use internet/email, basic word processing and spreadsheet, etc.
• Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Be flexible with your hours.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Time Management and organizational skills
• Willing to learn and follow directions

Benefits

Hours and Pay:

• Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
• Pay: $11/hour starting with room to grow
• Health Benefits including dental and Vision (which translates into benefit of $5/hour paid by the company)

A valid driver's license is required and any employment offers are contingent upon a clear background check.
