We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role requires expertise in full-cycle accounts payable processes and the ability to handle high volume invoicing. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
• Handle a high volume of invoices, verifying and reconciling details to ensure accuracy.
• Process purchase orders, matching them with invoices and resolving any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment-related issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct financial data entry and analysis to assist in expense management and reporting.
• Prepare and process expense reimbursements, following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-cycle accounts payable, including high volume invoicing.
• Construction industry experience is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and payments.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial data entry and analysis.
• Associate degree or equivalent in accounting or related field (preferred).
