Job description:

• Need a minimum of 13+ Years of hands-on working EXP in SAP SCM with PP, LE, MM, WM, and integrations with other SAP modules, SD, FI, IM, a minimum of 3 full E2E Implementations in ECC
• 2 -3 full E2E exp in SAP S/4 HANA which includes New Implementations and Conversions knowledge is MUST
• Experience in data migration of master data and transactional data in ECC and S/4 HANA with SAP Data Migration cockpit or other data migration tools
• Should be in a position to understand various SCM Processes like Shipment, Delivery, Handling unit, and integration with Warehouse, ATP and GATP
• Required a detailed level of knowledge In the areas of MRP, Vendor Consignments, PR to PO, Drop to ODM, Inbound ASN, GR, GI, JIT in bound, JIT outbound, Material movements, MTS, MTO Planning strategies,
• BOM, MPS and Forecasting & Replenishment process under Supply chain management
• Experience in planning, MTO Planning Strategies, Use-up, Interplant, ROP, Lead Time Scheduling, Co-products, Subcontracting, Capacity Planning, Variable size planning, planned scrap, MRP Areas, Advance Procurement, Quota Arrangements
• Should handle Configurations of PP LE, WM, and MM Modules along with Excellent Cross-functional module integration knowledge with SD, IM and FI module
• Hands-on experience in areas of SAP Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution; Delivery processing, WM Putaway/picking strategies, Shipping point and route config, storage unit management, WM Capacity Management, RF scanning, Handling Unit Management, and Batch/Serial Management.
• Working knowledge of EDI/IDOC and other 3rd party interfaces is a plus
• Configuration knowledge in all the sub-modules of Production Planning like discrete manufacturing, repetitive manufacturing, process manufacturing, and KANBAN.
• A clear understanding of Mass and batch production, routing, scheduling, loading, and dispatching, User training,
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, Map business req, Design, customize, configure, and testing of SCM, PP, LE, and integration with Other SAP modules, issues, and work around solutions, and write functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Vendor and S/4 HANA Business partner knowledge, Experience in Agile process Or SAP Activate Methodology working environment
