Elite Sofa Design Ltd. requires experienced, qualified Procurement Officer who is dependable, trustworthy, and has commitment to provide quality service on Full-Time/Permanent basis located at #7333 Progress Way, Delta, BC Canada V4G 1E7

Position: Procurement Officer (Full Time/ Permanent)
Salary: $34/Hourly for 40 hours/week
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Language: English
Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible
Education: Secondary education required
Related degree or diploma is an asset
Positions Available: 1
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of related work experience

Job Duties:
• Assess requirements of the establishment to make purchases of general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.
• Consult with suppliers for tenders.
• Review quotations, negotiate conditions and terms of contracts.
• Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
• Seek timebound delivery and review inventory for future orders.
• May train new hires and supervise purchasing clerks.
