Job Description:

Role: Customer Contract Admin Analyst I

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Role Type: Need to be 5 days on site either at Tempe, AZ or Vernon Hills, IL. But might convert to hybrid at a later time with 2 days remote.

Skills:

The position is for managing GPO's (Group Purchasing Organization). Involves reviewing and approving price activations.

Reviewing and managing memberships. Maintaining and creating GPO contracts.

Maintaining pricing tiers, eligibility in the system. (AS 400 aka i5).

Responsible for responding to distributor enquiry.

Training will be provided on department processes (DTPs).

Candidates will be working with Tempe, AZ on training. HM is located in Vernon Hills, IL. So can be either in Tempe, AZ or Vernon Hills, IL.

Need to be analytical and have attention to details.

Need to have strong excel skills such as Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF's, concatenations, Functions, formulas, Filters etc.

Need to have GPO experience. It is mandatory.

Experience with i5 is needed. JD Edwards experience is not needed but beneficial.

Education & Experience:

BS in Business or a related degree is preferred but BS is not mandatory.

Need to have at least 2-3 years' relevant experience.
