JD:

The Middleware Analyst will work as part of a team responsible for supporting highly available intranet/internet website to ensure performance, availability and stability of the systems.

Evaluates systems specifications regarding customer requirements, transforming specifications into cost-effective, technically correct solutions.

The incumbent will be required to perform web application support and builds (Weblogic, IIS, Apache, Websphere,etc. ) as well as consulting and analysis.

The candidate must work well within a dynamic environment and have strong ability to understand complex technical aspects of Web Middleware Technologies.

REQUIRED

It is the same as previous requirements, except there is much more emphasis on DevOps. 70 Percent Ansible related Automation/Bitbucket or Artifactory for devops, python for automation. 30 Percent of the work will be administration of Oracle, WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, including Liberty, Apache, IIS, and SiteMinder authentication. CDD orchestration tool is REQUIRED. Containers are required, AWS cloud is a nice to have, and not required,

Overall 5 to 10 years' experience is fine. They will be doing a lot of installation of middleware for various projects including configuration- maintaining and enhancing existing playbooks focused on automation.

They will fix automation issues which is why python is important. Lots of new features to automate, including a cold fusion automation project (not required).

There is no on-call for this position. There is a potential to extend the contract into multi-year based on number of new projects. They are running on eastern time zone is fine and they are flexible in that regard and this is 100% remote.
