Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Finance Business Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of strong BI (Business Intelligence) working experience in the Workday Finance module. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be responsible for analyzing financial data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support the financial planning and decision-making processes within organizations that utilize the Workday financial management system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing Financial Data: Utilize Workday and other relevant data sources to analyze financial information, identify trends, patterns, and insights. This includes the creation of customized reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively present financial data to stakeholders.

2. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, IT, and project management, to successfully implement and configure the Workday financial management system.

3. Streamlining Financial Workflows: Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows, improve data accuracy and integrity, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

4. Customized Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop customized financial reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday's reporting tools. This involves understanding the specific requirements of stakeholders and leveraging the capabilities of the Workday platform to deliver valuable insights.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Workday Finance module.
• Strong proficiency in analyzing financial data and generating meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday's reporting tools and capabilities.
• Familiarity with financial workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and effectively manage time and priorities.

Note: This position is open to remote work, with the client being located in Florida. We prefer candidates with EAD, GC, and USC status, but individuals with good H1B visa status will also be considered for this role.
