Marketing Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

A Marketing Cloud techno-functional at LTI-Mindtree works within an engagement team and is responsible for driving to a plan and with a team. The role requires liaising with the Client, leading an overall engagement and supporting the practice go to market strategy. The core of responsibilities lay by leading successful client engagements which include responsibilities such as identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), build/implementation testing, training, and defining support procedures.

Leveraging your experience in Closed Loop Marketing, Personas and Journey Mapping, Marketing Automation, and CRM you will manage digital projects from kick-off to delivery and be responsible for program management, marketing strategy and planning, implementation of email and demand-generation campaign management, technical support, user training, and functional and technical documentation.

Skill Set:

  • Overall experience of 9-10 years
  • Minimum of 4 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget)
  • Minimum of 6 years leading marketing projects (e.g., campaign management, marketing automation, Social media) with cloud technology
  • Understanding of SFMC data model and data integration with external systems
  • Functional knowledge of digital demand generation, content marketing and email marketing as it relates to marketing automation
  • Experience in implementing marketing cloud connect /Connected cloud setup experience
  • Responsible for the overall data and technical architecture deliverables through a project's lifecycle
  • Uncovers patterns, solutions, and standards for technical delivery
  • Good understanding of Architecture principles and ability to simplify complex technical problems
  • Blended experience in API/Cloud Integration/On-premise implementations
  • Implementation experience in email studio, contact builder, mobile studio, journey builder, automation studio, SQL, SSJS, AMPscripting, cross cloud integration across salesforce platforms
  • Experience in data modelling and integrating salesforce marketing cloud with external applications
  • Understanding of integration patterns
  • Create High Level Design and Low Level Design Documents meeting client requirements, standards and best practices
  • Develop proof of concepts
  • Good communication skills. Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countries.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies.
  • Supervisory and team lead experience
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist & Consultant certification preferred
  • Sales Cloud consultant would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the client's business objectives into requirements covering all aspects of the functionalities
  • Serve as a marketing automation consultant, consult with clients and devise an implementation strategy and plan to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and participate in the design, configure and implementation of CRM and marketing automation solutions
  • Experience in implementing a minimum of 2-3 salesforce Marketing cloud projects
  • Lead and participate in the design of demand generation and automated marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with content creation and design resources to ensure HTML assets are designed line with marketing automation best practices and platform compatibility
  • Identify & highlight different risks involved and work on mitigation plans
  • Lead and guide the technical consultants during various phases of the project
  • Act as a bridge between development team and the customer
  • Liaison closely with application development & support groups to ensure plan is in place for post go-live support
  • Lead & mentor new team members to bring them up to speed
  • Train end users on the Marketing cloud applications
  • Ability to translate data into insights.
  • Lead the integration between marketing tools to assure:
    • Reliable Analytics
    • Availability of data for Marketing and sales reporting
    • Data integrity
