Qualifications/ required skills:
2 + years of experience working with JIRA/Confluence or Atlassian software systems
Familiar with developing JIRA workflows, customization, and integrations to support management
Familiar with managing JIRA and related product updates and patching; worked with Atlassian support and support organizations of the product plug-ins.
Advanced experience with JIRA Workflow Toolbox and Jama Contour Coverage Explorer is a plus.
Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screen schemes, custom fields, custom workflows, dashboards, and customizing access using permission schemes, groups, roles and so on
Familiarity with other Atlassian tools, especially Confluence
Advanced experience to configure Atlassian JIRA and JAMA for multiple Account Projects, including user access, and configuration of permissions, groups, workflows, fields, and issues for enterprise operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, Associate degree will be considered.
Advanced experience to configuring ServiceNow and integration with JIRA/JAMA for enterprise operations.
Certification in Jira administration or Atlassian Tools is nice to have
